Fast exploitations of OPTIMUM in the German Project Demonstrator at Demag Research Factory
In May 2019 the German Project Demonstrator was first presented to 70 internal guests at the DEMAG Research Factory in a big Ceremonial Opening Celebration. Since then there have been a great number of guided tours to a lot of visitors.
In these guided tours the visitors first are theoretically made familiar with OPTIMUM contents and OPTIMUM innovations and then proceed into the Research Factory for practical demonstrations.
During the “September in Wetter” events in 2019, also International Project Partners from Germany, Turkey and South Korea presented their mobile demonstrators on different aspects of this research project at Demag in Wetter.
So far OPTIMUM is counting guided tours for 180 colleagues from Demag and for approx. 1260 external guests.
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, there has not been a chance for more guided tours since end of January 2020, but we are confident, that eventually this will also be possible again.
Therefore, in future we will continue to count and are looking forward to welcoming plenty more external visitors and interested colleagues from Demag and Konecranes to OPTIMUM and the German Demonstrator in Wetter (Ruhr).
